Restaurant Cashier

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Cashier to join our dynamic team at Barefoot Senorita, Inc. in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a Restaurant Cashier, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and efficiently managing the cash handling operations of our vibrant restaurant.

1. Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
2. Accurately processing customer payments, including cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods
3. Balancing cash drawers and reconciling transactions at the end of each shift
4. Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and courteous manner
5. Maintaining a clean and organized cashier station to ensure a smooth and efficient checkout process
6. Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
7. Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

1. At least 1-2 years of experience as a restaurant cashier or in a similar customer-facing role
2. Strong mathematical and money handling skills, with the ability to accurately count cash and process transactions
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
4. Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other relevant technology
5. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
6. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
