Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and execute paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Conduct thorough audience and keyword research to optimize targeting and improve ROI.
- Create compelling ad copy and coordinate with the design team for ad creatives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Dashboard, Google Analytics).
- Optimize ad campaigns regularly based on performance data, A/B testing, and best practices.
- Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize results.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure campaign alignment with brand messaging and goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging ad platforms to maintain competitive advantage.
- Provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns based on data analysis and market research.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven campaign optimization.
- Proficiency in advertising tools and platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Excellent copywriting skills tailored for ad performance.
- Experience with A/B testing and performance tracking.
- Ability to manage budgets and provide accurate reporting on campaign ROI.
- Creative thinker with a performance-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field preferred.
