Assistant Property Manager

What We're Looking For:
- Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer or a Bachelor graduate of Business Administration, Real Estate Management and related courses.
- 2–3 years in a supervisory role
- 3 years’ experience in Property Management
- Strong background in tenant relations and reporting
- Can start ASAP
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assumes the responsibility of the Building Administrator, in case of absence.
- Prepares service scopes, work schedules, and requisitions for materials, parts, and equipment.
- Screens and interviews agency-referred applicants and inspects vacated units to determine utility-related needs.
- Oversees technicians, vendors, and contractors handling repairs, maintenance, landscaping, and janitorial work.
- Helps draft Operating and Capital Budgets and submits regular reports on building operations, equipment status, and downtime.
- Monitors tenant fit-out or construction activities and reports any violations of building regulations.
