Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Appointment Setter to join our dynamic real estate team. In this role, you will play a key part in initiating contact with property owners, introducing the benefits of short-term rental opportunities, and setting up discovery calls with our clients.Your efforts will directly support our goal of acquiring properties suitable for Airbnb rentals, bridging the gap between property owners and rental clients.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to property owners and introduce our Airbnb rental services.
- Build rapport with owners to identify their needs and explain the benefits of short-term leasing.
- Schedule and confirm discovery calls between property owners and our clients.
- Accurately record all interactions, call outcomes, and appointment details in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth communication and client handover.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in cold calling or appointment setting.
- Proven ability to confidently engage prospects and successfully secure appointments.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience using CRM systems.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Real estate experience in the U.S. market is a plus, but not required.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with the short-term rental market (e.g., Airbnb).
- Experience using CRM tools to manage pipelines and schedules.
- Strong objection-handling skills and a professional, upbeat demeanor.S
