Job Overview:

Your efforts will directly support our goal of acquiring properties suitable for Airbnb rentals, bridging the gap between property owners and rental clients.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to property owners and introduce our Airbnb rental services.
• Build rapport with owners to identify their needs and explain the benefits of short-term leasing.
• Schedule and confirm discovery calls between property owners and our clients.
• Accurately record all interactions, call outcomes, and appointment details in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth communication and client handover.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in cold calling or appointment setting.
• Proven ability to confidently engage prospects and successfully secure appointments.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience using CRM systems.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a target-driven environment.
• Real estate experience in the U.S. market is a plus, but not required.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with the short-term rental market (e.g., Airbnb).
• Experience using CRM tools to manage pipelines and schedules.
• Strong objection-handling skills and a professional, upbeat demeanor.S
