• Effective communication is key for conveying property information, handling inquiries, and building relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Leasing agents manage administrative tasks, including record-keeping, and need to be meticulous to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal regulations.
• Leasing agents often handle issues and challenges related to properties and tenants, requiring strong problem-solving skills.
• Building connections with tenants and prospective tenants requires strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and the ability to understand their needs.
• Leasing agents need to be able to effectively present properties and persuade potential tenants to lease them.

Additional Requirements:
