About the role

The Leasing Agent will be responsible for managing the leasing of both residential and office properties within the company's portfolio.

What you'll be doing:

• Actively market and promote available residential and office properties to potential tenants
• Perform utmost professional customer service with lessors and potential tenants
• Conduct property viewings and presentations to prospective tenants
• Negotiate and finalise lease agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions are met
• Manage the onboarding process for new tenants, including collecting security deposits and first month's rent
• Maintain positive relationships with current tenants and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure seamless operations
• Contribute to the development and implementation of leasing strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree (any course)
• Licensed Broker (a plus but not required)
• At least 6 months of experience in Leasing
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
• Ability to generate leads of prospective tenants
• Articulate and with good communication skills
• Effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other similar software
• Familiar with local property laws, regulations and industry best practices
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
