SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER FOR TIRES (MOTORCYCLE)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Achieve growth, hit sales targets and manage trade accounts receivables by successfully managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a Strategic Business Plan that not only ensures the loyalty of existing clients but also expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Be able to work in the field to acquire new dealers/ customers.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer/ dealer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Prepare and present accurate and timely sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts and projections to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Be able to do compelling product presentations. Present the product or service to potential and/or existing customers professionally and expertly. / Create detailed proposal documents, as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer
- Negotiate the terms of customer or sales agreements and effectively close sales transactions. / Be able to effectively respond to and overcome customer objections and denials.
- Keep abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably a Business-related course.
- With experience as business development manager or sales manager preferably from a TIRE companies.
- Proven sales track record
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation skills
- Expert in negotiation, time management and planning skills
- Able to plan meeting, marketing strategies, familiarity with social media and competitors of the company / industry.
