Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs to new hires and existing employees to enhance skills, knowledge, and performance.
  • Lead quality initiatives by monitoring and evaluating customer interactions, ensuring adherence to company and client standards.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and support to employees to improve individual and team performance.
  • Analyze performance trends and training needs to develop strategic plans for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align training and quality initiatives with business objectives.
  • Conduct regular quality audits, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to enhance service excellence.
  • Develop training materials, modules, and documentation to support learning and quality assurance.
  • Act as a key resource for process updates, workflow enhancements, and customer experience improvements.
  • Promote a culture of learning and development, fostering a high-performance work environment.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • A passionate leader with a strong background in training and quality assurance within a customer service environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a training, quality, or leadership role within the BPO industry or a related field.
  • Proven ability to facilitate training sessions, conduct evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Experience using quality monitoring tools, learning management systems, and help desk software such as Intercom or Zendesk is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but undergraduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply (must have completed at least 2 years in college).
  • Willingness to work on holidays, weekends, shifting schedules, and extended hours when needed.
