Human Resource Manager - BPO Industry| Night-Shift | Onsite

About the Role:
As the HR Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our people strategy—leading core HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, training, policy compliance, and workforce engagement. You'll play a key role in shaping a resilient, productive, and positive work culture in our fast-paced, target-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations & Engagement- Address grievances and manage disciplinary processes fairly and effectively
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and workplace culture
- Facilitate clear and open communication across all levels
- Oversee performance appraisal systems and coach managers on performance goals
- Monitor KPIs and promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Identify upskilling opportunities and drive learning programs
- Partner with department heads to enhance capability building
- Track training effectiveness and ROI
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and organizational policies
- Keep HR policies updated and conduct internal audits regularly
- Analyze turnover trends and execute retention strategies
- Use exit data to drive workplace improvements
- Manage HR admin functions like leave, attendance, and payroll coordination
- Maintain accurate HRIS records and generate actionable HR reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HRDM, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR Manager experience or leadership role—BPO experience preferred but not required
- Deep knowledge of Labor Laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS platforms
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- High emotional intelligence and empathy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Professional integrity and ethical standards
