Are you a dynamic HR professional with a passion for people, performance, and process? We're seeking a Human Resource Manager to join our expanding team in the BPO sector, where your leadership will foster employee engagement, compliance, and operational excellence in a high-performance environment.

About the Role:

As the HR Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our people strategy—leading core HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, training, policy compliance, and workforce engagement. You'll play a key role in shaping a resilient, productive, and positive work culture in our fast-paced, target-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Address grievances and manage disciplinary processes fairly and effectively
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and workplace culture
  • Facilitate clear and open communication across all levels
Performance Management
  • Oversee performance appraisal systems and coach managers on performance goals
  • Monitor KPIs and promote a culture of continuous improvement
Training & Development
  • Identify upskilling opportunities and drive learning programs
  • Partner with department heads to enhance capability building
  • Track training effectiveness and ROI
Compliance & Policy Management
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and organizational policies
  • Keep HR policies updated and conduct internal audits regularly
Retention & Attrition Management
  • Analyze turnover trends and execute retention strategies
  • Use exit data to drive workplace improvements
HR Operations & Reporting
  • Manage HR admin functions like leave, attendance, and payroll coordination
  • Maintain accurate HRIS records and generate actionable HR reports

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HRDM, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of HR Manager experience or leadership role—BPO experience preferred but not required
  • Deep knowledge of Labor Laws and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS platforms
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
