Recruitment Spacialist BPO

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for various BPO positions including voice, non-voice, and support roles
• Source candidates using multiple channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles
• Schedule final interviews and facilitate pre-employment assessments
• Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Support recruitment events, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets and recruitment KPIs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in BPO recruitment (voice and non-voice roles)
• Familiarity with sourcing tools (JobStreet, Indeed, LinkedIn, Kalibrr, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment setting
• Willing to work onsite in Eastwood city
