Job Title:
Recruiter / Senior Recruiter (For US or APAC)- ONSITE at BRIDGETOWNE QC
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proactively source candidates using various platforms including job boards, social media, referrals, internal databases, and direct outreach.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with job specifications and client expectations.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with candidates to create a strong talent pipeline.
- Analyze and interpret job descriptions to thoroughly understand client requirements, industry-specific terminologies, and key deliverables.
- Evaluate and shortlist applications by verifying qualifications, experience, and skill sets against the job criteria.
- Format resumes in alignment with client standards, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and professionalism in presentation.
- May be assigned to do ADMIN and COMPLIANCE of candidates
- Conduct market research and stay updated with emerging recruitment technologies, trends, tools, and platforms to optimize sourcing strategies.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of candidate databases, records, and recruitment trackers in accordance with data privacy guidelines.
- Prepare and share daily recruitment reports with the Team Manager, highlighting sourcing status, candidate pipeline, and task progress.
- Participate in client calls and interactions, understanding their hiring goals, sharing candidate insights, and maintaining effective communication throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Coordinate and contribute to conference calls, both internal and with clients, to discuss candidate status, updates, and strategy realignment as needed.
Qualifications, Experience & Required Skills
COMPETENCIES:
QualificationBachelor’s degree in human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Working knowledge, experience and application- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment (local or international) or staffing support roles.
- Prior experience in client coordination and reporting preferred.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and job portals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professionalism and client-centric approach
- Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, Boolean search, and database management
- Understanding of recruitment lifecycle and key performance metrics
- Familiarity with CRM/ATS software and virtual interview platforms
