Follow up on unpaid or underpaid medical claims
Resolve claim denials and reimbursement issues
Work with insurance payers and patients to secure payments
Monitor accounts receivable and support strong revenue cycle performance

1–2+ years of medical collections or AR experience
Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, EOBs, and payer processes
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with billing systems such as Kareo, AdvancedMD, or similar
