THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

Lifetrack's Internship Program offers guidance and support to undergraduates who wish to undertake an internship in an international company. Lifetrack offers students the opportunity to fulfill academic and personal goals while living and working in the Philippines.

The internship is open to all tertiary students. It is created so that students will learn the fundamental ideas, attitudes, and abilities as well as get exposure to the industry that is required for successful entry and placement in the field after graduation.

Students are assigned to specific departments that are in line with their course or interest to guarantee that they will get work experience connected to both their program and their vocation. The quantity of hours that must be completed varies on the student's particular course and will be set out in the Internship Agreement.

OBJECTIVES:

  • Offer tertiary students the chance to learn technical abilities, desired attitudes, and values in a respectable organization;
  • Increase the students' job competencies and discipline in their interactions with others at business;
  • Encourage student competition through their training;
  • Opportunity to establish relationships alongside and gain knowledge from experienced professionals;
  • Take on complex jobs and fresh challenges; and
  • Determine potential career paths and prepare to apply for upcoming employment openings.

PLACE OF ASSIGNMENT

The internship will take place at Lifetrack Medical Systems Inc. premises located at this address: Taguig City, Philippines.

Hybrid participation in this internship is required.

INTERN RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Recruitment Support
  • Assist in posting job openings on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and logistics with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate tracking sheets/pipeline (without sensitive evaluation notes).
  • Communicate general recruitment updates to candidates (e.g., interview timing).
  • Assist in organizing recruitment events or online sourcing activities.
  1. Onboarding & Offboarding
  • Assist in coordinating onboarding schedules and orientation sessions.
  • Ensure completion of onboarding checklists and document collection.
  • Track completion of onboarding or offboarding steps.
  • Coordinate logistics for exit interviews (without reviewing feedback).
  • Liaise with admin teams regarding equipment allocation (basic coordination only).
  1. Training & Development
  • Maintain training records and track participation.
  • Schedule training sessions or internal learning events.
  • Assist in preparing materials for training or capability-building sessions.
  1. Employee Engagement
  • Coordinate logistics and communication for engagement events (coffee breaks, virtual lunches, team activities, celebrations).
  • Assist in procurement of supplies for engagement programs (if not handling payment processing).
  • Support planning of challenges or team activities.
  • Prepare proposals for engagement events under supervision.
  1. General HR Coordination / Administrative Support
  • Prepare Certificates of Employment or Certificates of Completion (using standard templates).
  • File and maintain HR forms, templates, and non-confidential documentation.
  • Support internal HR communications and initiatives (draft announcements, reminders, presentation materials).
  • Track and organize non-sensitive HR data (attendance, training participation, engagement participation).
  1. Policy Support
  • Maintain and organize policy documents and Staff Handbook copies.
  • Assist in preparing communications about policy updates (e.g. draft email, policy research, etc.)
QUALIFICATION
  • College student pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, or any related course
  • Can present Memorandum of Agreement (MOA)
  • Have experience using Google Workspace Apps
  • Fast and self-managed learner
  • Capacity for content writing
  • Strong written and spoken English skills
