About the Role

As a Territory Sales Specialist, you will drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and delivering sales results.

You’ll be the face of our brand, helping customers find solutions that meet their needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with contractors, project managers, developers, and key agencies within the assigned territory
  • Identify business opportunities and provide consultative solutions aligned with client project needs
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to clearly communicate product value and advantages
  • Develop and implement territory business plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Create strategic routing and coverage plans that balance effective account management with cost efficiency
  • Monitor market trends and recommend strategic actions to maintain competitive advantage

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of sales experience in the construction materials industry
  • Proven experience in territory planning and structured field routing
  • Strong consultative selling and technical presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Preferably from the assigned city of operations, and knowledgeable about the full provincial coverage area
  • Willing to travel within the assigned territory
