A Customer Care Expert who joins Us is a frontline member for one of the world’s best brands.

Your daily tasks include but are not limited to the following:

• Providing customer satisfaction and experience
• Meeting and exceeding client-mandated KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators)
• Participating in training to improve work performance
• Following TaskUs’ policies and keeping information confidential

• Exceptional Communication Skills—both in written and oral.
• One year BPO experience is a must.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and can work on-site once needed.
