Experienced Hemodialysis Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Hemodialysis Nurse. The successful candidate will ensure high-quality patient care, assist junior nursing staff, and maintain compliance with healthcare standards and dialysis protocols. This role requires clinical expertise in renal care, and the ability to coordinate effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe and effective delivery of hemodialysis treatments.
• Monitor patient conditions before, during, and after dialysis procedures.
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control policies and dialysis protocols.
• Coordinate patient care with nephrologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient records and treatment plans.
• Monitor and maintain dialysis equipment and supplies in coordination with biomedical teams.
• Respond to emergencies and complications related to dialysis treatment.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required with Hemodialysis Training Certificate.
• At least 1–2 years as hemodialysis nurse.
