Position Summary:

The Graphic Designer is expected to manage multiple projects at once, deliver quality work on time, maintain an organized workflow, and work collaboratively in a remote environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PH Time
• Work Setup: Remote / Work-from-Home
• Holidays Followed: Australian public holidays

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality graphics for social media platforms, print materials, and branding projects.
• Follow and maintain established brand guidelines across all designs.
• Brainstorm and develop original creative ideas and visual concepts.
• Adapt and revise designs based on feedback from the creative team and other stakeholders.
• Keep all design files properly organized and easily accessible.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet all deadlines.
• Ensure proficiency with design tools for social media, print, and branding needs (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, etc.).
• Provide realistic deadlines when assigned new design tasks.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with the team.
• Submit a weekly report to the Team Lead including:
• Summary of completed design projects
• Status of ongoing projects
• Creative ideas and initiatives proposed
• Feedback received and how it was incorporated
• Updates on design trends and new tools explored
• Challenges faced and solutions proposed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of relevant work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Solid knowledge of print material design standards and best practices.
• Comfortable using an activity tracking software (Insightful) during work hours for productivity monitoring.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, set deadlines, and deliver quality work on time.
• Strong initiative and willingness to propose new ideas.
• Well-organized and able to keep design files accessible and up-to-date.
• Willingness to stay current with industry trends and tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setup.
• Openness to feedback and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
