2. Coordinates with market, project, and AE teams to manage construction operations and maintain

1. Develops and implements site logistics and access plans; manages daily jobsite activities.
2. Maintains and updates 4-week look-ahead schedules aligned with master schedule.
3. Leads daily/weekly subcontractor and vendor coordination meetings.
4. Plans and manage resource deployment, material handling, and sequencing.
5. Supports recruiting, training, and development of craft workers and field staff.
6. Assists in developing field team structure and manage complex project scopes.
7. Enforces company policies; ensures compliance with labor laws and jobsite postings.
8. Maintains detailed daily logs, observations, and safety reports via Procore.
9. Reports, document extra work and changes outside contract scope.
10. Collaborates with licensed professionals to verify project documentation and material deliveries.
11. Monitors and provides oversight of work execution ensuring compliance with quality standards as established by licensed professionals.
12. Develops work packages and daily plans; tracks production rates and progress against schedule.
13. Leads jobsite safety efforts, incident reporting, weekly safety meetings, and new-hire orientations.
14. Maintains positive community relations and ensures proper site signage per standards.
15. Coordinate with project teams to ensure compliance with specifications, permits, and inspections; manages RFIs and project correspondence.
16. Oversees labor cost budgeting, including expenses, material purchases, and equipment rentals.
17. Travel is required

Qualifications/Requirements

• BS in Business, Management or related field, US education preferred.
• Minor in business administrations, US education preferred.
• Extensive experience in US large-scale projects is a must
• International experience is a must
• 10-15 years of supervisory experience
• 20-25 years in executive oversight within infrastructure projects
• Experiencing in managing large teams (500+ people)
• Experts in providing strategic oversight on resource management, including budgets, schedules and materials, in an environment of multiple competing demands.
• Excellent understanding of safety procedures (US and PH)
• Excellent organization, supervisory, communication, collaboration and analytical skills.
• Ability to travel per project requirements.
