SALES ASSOCIATE-SM PAMPANGA

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Promodiser SM Pampanga to promote and sell our products in retail stores or outlets. The ideal candidate will help drive sales through excellent customer service, persuasive communication, and maintaining an attractive product display.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell the company’s products to customers in retail locations.
• Ensure products are properly displayed, organized, and replenished on shelves.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
• Answer customer queries and provide information on pricing, promotions, and product specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned display area.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory or warehouse team for replenishment.
• Submit daily or weekly sales reports as required.
• Assist in marketing campaigns, promotional events, and product launches.
• Build and maintain good relationships with store personnel and customers.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is an advantage.
• Previous experience in retail sales or as a promodiser is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Energetic, confident, and outgoing personality.
• Ability to persuade customers and close sales.
• Must be organized, reliable, and presentable.
