About the role
We are seeking a committed and talented Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at MKS WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC' in San Fernando Pampanga. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our premier branded watches, including Fossil and other prestigious labels.This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for growth and development within our thriving organisation.
What you'll be doing- Providing personalised, knowledgeable and friendly customer service to all clients
- Demonstrating and presenting our branded watch collections in an engaging and compelling manner
- Achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through proactive selling and identifying customer needs
- Maintaining an organised and visually appealing sales floor to maximise product visibility
- Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment as required
- Contributing to the overall success of the store through your positive attitude and enthusiasm
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the retail or luxury goods industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and connect with customers
- Excellent product knowledge and a passion for the latest fashion and accessory trends
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
