About the role

1. Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
2. Providing accurate and timely information to resolve customer issues
3. Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times
4. Documenting customer interactions and following up as needed
5. Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience
6. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
2. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
3. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
4. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
5. Customer service or call center experience is preferred, but not required
6. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
