What is your mission?

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Lead financial and business process improvements, including cost-saving initiatives and M&A activities.
• Provide financial reports and insights to support business leaders.
• Analyze financial and operational performance to enhance strategic decision-making.
• Oversee short-term financial forecasting and manage recurring forecast processes.
• Support new client business development through financial analysis and performance tracking.
• Manage capital investment planning and financial evaluations.
• Handle balance sheet and cash flow forecasting.
• Develop and monitor key operational and financial performance metrics.
• Mentor and lead finance team members, fostering professional growth.
• Present financial reports and insights to senior management.
• Assess market trends and competitive positioning.
• Perform other related tasks as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• At least 10 years of finance experience in a large, multi-location, international business.
• Minimum 5 years in an FP&A managerial role with hands-on financial analysis experience.
• Strong background in providing strategic financial insights to drive business growth.
• Proven ability to conduct in-depth financial analysis in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work night shift/US hours.
• Director-level experience (Director of Finance or Director of Accounting) is a plus.
