POSITION: SALES EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: FULL-TIME (from Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 A.M. - 6:36 P.M.)

LOCATION: 210 SPEAKER PEREZ ST. BARANGAY MAHARLIKA, QUEZON CITY

SALARY: ₱ 18,500.00 (with ₱ 2,000.00 transportation allowance & commissions)

JOB SUMMARY:

The Sales Executive Assistant supports a designated Sales Executive in day-to-day sales operations, particularly in managing quotations, preparing documentation, and coordinating bidding-related activities. This position is designed to lighten the administrative and preparatory workload of Sales Executives so they can focus on fieldwork, high-value tasks, and active bidding.

The assistant will be responsible for preparing accurate quotations, gathering necessary supplier details, ensuring compliance with bidding requirements, and attending local pre-bid events when needed. All work is conducted on-site and closely coordinated with the assigned Sales Executive, who will directly supervise the role and submit monthly reports on performance and accomplishments.

This position serves as a preparatory role for future promotion to a Sales Executive, with training embedded into the workflow to build proficiency in bidding, pricing, and client handling.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare quotations based on RFQs from government agencies
  • Gather product details and pricing from suppliers or sourcing platforms
  • Assist in preparing bidding documentation for submissions
  • Support the Sales Executive in scheduling and organizing fieldwork tasks
  • Attend pre-bid meetings or document drop-offs when assigned
  • Maintain organized files of supplier quotes, templates, and submitted documents
  • Ensure accuracy in price calculations and compliance with submission requirements
  • Communicate closely with the assigned Sales Executive for daily task guidance
  • Submit updates, drafts, and documents for review and approval prior to release
  • Assist Sales Executives in daily sales-related activities

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred)
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Detail-oriented and capable of handling administrative tasks independently
  • Knowledgeable in Google Sheets, Gmail, Docs, and Adobe PDF tools
  • Effective communicator in both English and Filipino
