Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation & Sales Support Specialist to assist in driving business growth and supporting daily sales activities.
The role will focus on building and managing databases, conducting buyer outreach, and supporting property matching efforts. You will work closely with the sales team to generate and nurture leads while ensuring accurate and timely follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and update lead and buyer databases
- Conduct buyer calls (warm outreach) to qualify and nurture leads
- Perform buyer matching based on property requirements
- Prepare and analyze suburb flyover reports
- Assist in ongoing lead generation activities alongside the sales team
- Support marketing and communication campaigns using provided tools
- Maintain accurate records and documentation across systems
Qualification and requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales support, or customer service
- Strong communication skills, especially in handling warm calls
- Experience working with CRM and marketing tools is highly preferred
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
Non-negotiable skills & requirements:
- Experience in lead generation and/or outbound/inbound calling
- Familiarity with database management and buyer matching processes
- Hands-on experience with the following tools:

- Pricefinder
- Realworks
- Docusign
- VaultRE
- Realty Assist
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to handle warm calls confidently and professionally
