ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Generates architectural or engineering drawings using CAD, for building and modification of industrial construction projects.
- Prepares project manpower, materials, and work schedules.
- Prepares and analyzes project estimates.
- Conducts site visits and surveys.
- Prepares project documents and reports for client requirements.
- Assists in value management and cost control.
- Prepares project reports on progress with details on project schedule, manpower scheduling, and equipment schedule.
- Coordinates the collection of data and incorporates gathered information.
- Performs additional tasks that may be delegated.
- A graduate of BS Civil Engineering
- Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam)
- At least 2 years work experience in the design & construction industry
- Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as but not limited to AutoCAD (2D&3D) and SketchUp
- With knowledge in quantity surveying, project supervision, costing, and reports
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Strong attention to details
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem solving and decision-making skills
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
- Willing to be assigned in any project sites when the need arises
