Financial Manager

Financial Manager oversees all aspects of a company's financial health. They are responsible for creating financial reports, managing investments, developing long-term financial plans, and advising on financial decisions to maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff
• Collaborate with other departments and management to provide financial insights and support
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes using technology and automation tools
• Support audits and liaise with external auditors
• Maintain and improve internal controls

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and Microsoft Excel
• Tech-savvy mindset with experience implementing or optimizing accounting systems
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
