Purpose: Internal construction, renovation, and repair projects are on time, within budget and compliant to basic technical and safety requirements.
  1. Coordinate construction and repair needs identified by management or facilities team.
  2. Assist in preparing timelines and schedules under the direction of COO.
  3. Canvass and liaise with contractors, suppliers and service providers; request and review quotations.
  4. Monitor on-site construction work, ensuring safety and quality compliance.
  5. Secure necessary permits or clearances if required.
  6. Provide regular status updates to the COO.
  7. Support post-construction documentation such as receipts, warranties and photos.

Qualifications/Requirements

Graduate of Civil Engineering or any course related to construction.

At least 2 years experience in construction coordination, facilities repair or building maintenance projects.

Reading technical drawings or interpret simple building plans.

Skills in MS Office and AutoCAD.
