Job Summary:We're seeking a proactive and results-driven Learning and Development Manager to lead the design, implementation, and management of impactful training programs focused on leadership development and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement L&D frameworks, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals.
- Manage full training cycle: needs analysis, design, facilitation, evaluation, and improvement.
- Design and deliver leadership development programs, coaching, and workshops.
- Collaborate with department heads to align training strategies with operational needs.
- Maintain accurate training records and prepare L&D reports and metrics.
- Analyze feedback and learning outcomes to measure ROI and business impact.
- Represent the company in external L&D partnerships or vendor engagements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Education, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in L&D or training, preferably in a BPO or corporate setting
- Experience designing and delivering leadership development programs
- Strong instructional design, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office; LMS experience is a plus
