As a Shift Supervisor, you are expected to oversee daily operations during designated shifts, supervise employees, and ensure that our customers receive outstanding service. Responsibilities include creating a shift schedule, dealing with no-shows, delegating tasks, handling cash, and reporting any issues to the Store Leader or Area Coordinator.

• Create shift schedules and assign tasks to team members effectively.
• Oversee team performance and manage time-off requests or no-shows.
• Handle customer issues, employee disputes, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety laws and maintain a productive work environment.
• Participate in management meetings to discuss goals and address any concerns.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
• Preferably must have at least 6 months of experience in the Retail industry or FMCG.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Strong leadership, customer management, and people management skills.
• Customer service-oriented with business management knowledge.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, trustworthy, and reliable with high integrity.
• Flexible with shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Willing to be assigned to any Alfamart Store within Manila.
