Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related course.
- 3-5years of HR experience, preferably in construction or industrial sectors.
- Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and labor laws.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Computer literate
