Based in the vibrant city of Tarlac City, Tarlac, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing and communications initiatives. As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.

1. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products and services
2. Create compelling content such as social media posts, website updates, and marketing collateral
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity
4. Conduct market research and data analysis to identify trends and inform marketing decisions
5. Support the organisation and execution of events, promotions, and other marketing activities
6. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

1. Relevant experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in the Marketing & Communications industry
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content
3. Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, such as social media platforms, content management systems, and data analytics tools
4. Excellent organisation and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
