What You’ll Be Doing:

• Call prospective clients from a provided list or lead source
• Qualify leads and set appointments for our sales team
• Maintain accurate call logs and appointment records
• Hit daily/weekly/monthly appointment targets
• Meet key KPIs including QA, adherence, and attendance

Who We’re Looking For:

• At least 1–2 years of experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or outbound sales
• Excellent spoken English skills with confidence and professionalism
• Strong sales mindset and ability to handle objections
• Solid work ethic with reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
• Amenable to night shift, shifting schedules, and weekends, if required
