SALES DIRECTOR
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets.This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align strategies
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle key client accounts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an advantage)
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- At least 5–10 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 3–5 years in a leadership role
- Strong background in corporate/B2B sales and key account management
- Experience in the industrial equipment or related industry is highly preferred
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans
- Proficient in CRM systems and sales analytics
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree (MBA) is an advantage
