1. Identify and evaluate potential properties for acquisition, development or investment
2. Conduct thorough market and feasibility analyses to assess the viability of property projects
3. Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers and other stakeholders
4. Oversee the planning, design and construction of new property developments
5. Develop and implement effective marketing and leasing strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue
6. Monitor and report on the performance of the company's property portfolio
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations and best practices

1. A minimum of 1 year of experience in the real estate or property development industry
2. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex property projects
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions
4. Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
5. Thorough understanding of property-related regulations, legal frameworks and industry best practices
6. Proficiency in financial modelling and budgeting
7. A degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business or a related field
