About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to support the sales team by identifying, sourcing, and qualifying high-quality B2B leads. This role plays a vital part in driving pipeline growth through proactive outreach using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems.You’ll collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to fuel top-of-funnel activity and support revenue growth goals.
Work hours: 9AM - 4PM Australian Time or 7AM - 4PM Philippine TimeWork set-up: Remote
What you’ll do
Lead Sourcing & Research- Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Clay to research and identify potential leads in line with the company’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Build and maintain segmented lead lists in the CRM (e.g., Dynamics).
- Conduct market research to better understand buying personas and company landscapes.
- Conduct outbound communication via email, LinkedIn, and occasional cold calls to engage prospects.
- Qualify leads through conversations, gather interest, and schedule discovery meetings with Sales Executives.
- Follow up on Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) from campaigns.
- Accurately document all outreach and lead interactions in the CRM.
- Maintain real-time updates on lead statuses, engagement levels, and conversion progress.
- Generate regular activity and pipeline reports for sales and marketing teams.
- Participate in sales pipeline meetings and share insights on lead quality and campaign responsiveness.
- Provide marketing with feedback on messaging effectiveness and lead insights to refine future campaigns.
