Role Summary:

We are hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to focus exclusively on solar customer acquisition in the Pennsylvania market. You’ll use a mix of digital tools, outbound tactics, and local intelligence to generate and qualify high-conversion leads.

You’ll be the first touchpoint for many of our future customers—educating, engaging, and exciting them about solar energy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads across Pennsylvania, with a focus on counties where solar adoption is accelerating (e.g., Piitsburg, Montgomery, Chester, Lancaster, Allegheny).
  • Execute outbound calls, SMS/text campaigns, email nurturing, and social media outreach to prospects.
  • Leverage PA-specific solar incentives (e.g., SRECs, net metering, tax credits) to educate and motivate interest.
  • Collaborate with marketing to run targeted campaigns using ZIP-code-based lists, geo-targeted ads, and custom landing pages.
  • Qualify leads using set criteria (homeownership, roof type, electric bill history, etc.) before passing to sales reps.
  • Update CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot with real-time lead data and notes.
  • Attend community events, expos, or webinars as needed to represent the brand locally and gather interest.
  • Track conversion metrics and continuously refine outreach strategies to improve lead quality and ROI.

Qualifications:

  • With 2+ years of lead generation, canvassing, or telemarketing experience (solar or home services preferred).
  • Local knowledge of the Pennsylvania market and customer behavior patterns.
  • Familiarity with solar incentive programs specific to PA (especially SRECs and PECO/PPL/FirstEnergy territories).
  • Strong phone presence and excellent written communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead gen platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo, Mailchimp).
  • Self-starter who can work independently while hitting aggressive monthly KPIs.
