Waiter (general)

Job Description

• Greet guests warmly and ensure they are seated comfortably.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make menu recommendations when required.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or service counter.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely, courteous, and efficient manner.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly respond to requests or complaints.
• Set up dining tables with clean linens, cutlery, glassware, and condiments.
• Clear and clean tables after meals, ensuring readiness for the next guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining and service areas.
• Assist in buffet setups, refills, and breakdowns, if applicable
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all safety and hygiene regulations and company policies.

• No prior experience is necessary, we provide full training! A positive attitude and willingness to learn are key.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and shifting schedule, including weekends and evenings.
