Customer Service & Sales: Welcoming customers, answering queries regarding medicines, and assisting with purchases in a friendly and professional manner.
Dispensing & Assisting: Assisting the pharmacist in preparing, counting, and labeling medications accurately.

-Cashiering-Processing payments using a computer system for medicine and other items.

Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, receiving deliveries, arranging displays, and conducting inventory counts.
Store Maintenance: Ensuring the pharmacy is clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations.
Promoting Generics: Informing customers about the benefits of generic medicine alternatives.

Qualifications/Requirements

Education: Generally requires a Bachelor’s/College degree, often in Nursing, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, or a related field (some positions accept college level or high school graduates with experience).

Skills: Strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge , high attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
