Job Description

A Motorpool Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and scheduling of a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are safe, reliable, and used efficiently.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or any related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in motorpool operations, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory capacity.
• Proven ability to manage and direct the work of skilled mechanics.
• With extensive knowledge in diesel trucks (6-wheeler to 10-wheeler).
• Knowledgeable in forklift mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Experienced in overhauling and under chassis systems.
