About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Technical Recruiter to join our growing Philippines team.
This role focuses on delivering high-quality recruitment across technical roles, with a strong emphasis on the Microsoft ecosystem, alongside supporting onboarding, HR processes, and operational activities.
You will take ownership of hiring while also supporting the ongoing success and retention of employees, contributing to a smooth and effective experience from recruitment through to long-term engagement.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is confident managing relationships, driving hiring outcomes, and contributing across recruitment, HR support, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment- Own and deliver end-to-end recruitment across a range of technical roles, primarily within the Microsoft ecosystem but not limited to it
- Recruit across areas such as cloud, infrastructure, software development, data, and business applications
- Source, screen, and assess candidates within the IT talent market
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of high-quality candidates
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial engagement through to offer and onboarding
- Ensure a high-quality, professional candidate experience
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Build strong, professional relationships and manage expectations effectively
- Provide regular updates, insights, and guidance throughout the recruitment process
- Represent the business professionally in all interactions
- Support and manage onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Maintain ongoing engagement with placed candidates and internal staff to support retention and long-term success
- Act as a point of contact post-placement, helping to resolve issues and ensure positive outcomes
- Contribute to HR processes and employee lifecycle activities
- Support and improve recruitment, onboarding, and operational workflows
- 5+ years’ experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on IT or technical hiring
- Proven experience recruiting across technical roles such as developers, infrastructure, cloud, or data-related positions
- Experience recruiting within the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g. Azure, Dynamics, Power Platform) is highly desirable
- Strong track record of delivering hires in a fast-paced or client-driven environment
- Experience in a client-facing recruitment role
- Experience supporting onboarding, retention, or HR processes is advantageous
- High level of IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- A strong, confident technical recruiter with a delivery mindset
- Commercially aware and comfortable managing client relationships
- Proactive, organised, and results-driven
- Someone who is comfortable working across recruitment, HR support, and operational responsibilities
