This role is central to enhancing organizational health, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring we have the right talent to meet our business goals.
What You’ll Do- Supervise the Organizational Effectiveness Section and team performance.
- Partner with leaders to ensure fair and consistent application of the Performance Management System (PMS).
- Conduct competency assessments and align them with our vision, mission, and values.
- Develop and implement frameworks for career pathing and leadership succession planning.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives through surveys and targeted programs.
- Oversee onboarding and orientation to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain employees with critical skills.

Qualifications/Requirements
What We’re Looking For- Bachelor’s degree in psychology or human resources management (preferred).
- Experience: At least 3 years in organizational development, with 1 year in a supervisory L&D role.
- Expertise in Performance Management Systems
- Strong background in Succession Planning and Career Pathing
- Knowledge of Learning & Development frameworks
- Ability to build partnerships, communicate effectively, and lead with integrity
