QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage but not required.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Post job vacancies and source candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements.
- Maintain recruitment records and prepare hiring reports.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, including employment requirements and government-mandated documents (SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG).
- Support HR activities, recruitment events, and other HR initiatives as needed.
