Quality Assurance/Regulatory Affairs Officer
About the role
We are seeking a Quality Assurance/Regulatory Affairs Officer to join the team at MERGERS GROUP OF COMPANIES (Marnets Pharma Corporation). This is a full-time role based in Marilao Bulacan. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and regulatory compliance of our pharmaceutical products.
What you'll be doing- Develop and implement quality assurance programs to monitor and assess the production and manufacturing processes
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and guidelines
- Perform risk assessments and implement appropriate quality control measures
- Prepare and submit regulatory documentation, including applications, reports, and responses to queries
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and respond to inspections and audits
- Provide training and guidance to production teams on quality and regulatory requirements
- Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices
- Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Licensed Pharmacist
- At least 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance or regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
- Strong knowledge of local and international quality standards, such as GMP, GLP, and ISO
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with regulatory processes and procedures in the Philippines and other key markets
- Proficient in using quality management and regulatory compliance software
