Junior Account Executive

The Junior Account Executive is responsible for supporting the sales and account management team in handling client accounts, ensuring smooth coordination, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role involves assisting in sales activities, preparing documentation, and coordinating with internal departments to meet client requirements and achieve business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and maintaining client accounts and relationships.
• Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
• Communicate with clients to respond to inquiries and provide updates.
• Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and service delivery.
• Monitor account status and follow up on pending transactions or concerns.
• Assist in identifying potential clients and business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Help ensure timely submission of required documents and reports.
• Provide administrative support to the sales and account management team.
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in sales or account management is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
