We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with experience in procurement, supply chain, administration, or logistics to support vendor management and compliance activities.
The role involves vendor evaluation and onboarding, document verification, database maintenance, performance monitoring, and compliance/risk management. You will also collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure smooth procurement operations and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, admin support, or logistics
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience in auditing, compliance, supplier negotiations, purchase orders, and invoice handling is an advantage
