Experience Level: Mid-Level (3–5 years)

Responsibilities may include/s:

• Design, develop, and deploy automated workflows and processes using tools such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
• Integrate various systems and platforms via APIs and web services to streamline business operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify inefficiencies, and propose effective automation solutions.
• Develop and maintain custom scripts and applications using languages like Python or Java.
• Monitor and troubleshoot existing automations to ensure performance and reliability.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support Agile development practices.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of proven experience in process automation, workflow design, and system integration.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python and/or Java.
• Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of databases, APIs, and web services.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Certification in RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc.).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
