Posted on 23 April 2026- Lead annual budgeting and regular financial forecasting, focusing on specialized R&D and marketing expenditures.
- Perform variance analysis to monitor performance against targets, providing strategic insights for growth.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, manage audits, and strengthen internal controls to mitigate financial and operational risks.
- Oversee cash flow, working capital, and asset management (including intangible assets like patents).
- Management: Lead the finance team and collaborate with cross-functional partners (R&D, Commercial) on pricing and operational strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree (Finance/Accounting) and 5–10 years of experience, preferably in pharma/healthcare.
- CPA/ACCA qualification preferred; proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.
