Duties and Responsibilities

Human Resources Functions
  • Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and preparing onboarding requirements.
  • Maintain and update employee 201 files and HR databases.
  • Monitor attendance, leave applications, overtime, and employee records.
  • Assist in the preparation of payroll-related documents and government remittances.
  • Coordinate Annual Physical Examination (APE), trainings, and employee activities.
  • Prepare HR documents such as memos, certifications, notices, and employment contracts.
  • Assist in implementing company policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR concerns and benefits.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and records.
Administrative Functions
  • Manage office supplies inventory and replenishment.
  • Assist in facility and office maintenance coordination.
  • Prepare purchase requests, monitoring forms, and administrative reports.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and external partners.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing documents, emails, and phone calls.
  • Schedule meetings and assist in company events and activities.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of administrative records.
