Duties and Responsibilities
Human Resources Functions- Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and preparing onboarding requirements.
- Maintain and update employee 201 files and HR databases.
- Monitor attendance, leave applications, overtime, and employee records.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll-related documents and government remittances.
- Coordinate Annual Physical Examination (APE), trainings, and employee activities.
- Prepare HR documents such as memos, certifications, notices, and employment contracts.
- Assist in implementing company policies and procedures.
