Administrative
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the HR department, including document filing, correspondence, and office supply management.
  • Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR processes, policies, and benefits.
  • Help coordinate internal communications and announcements.
Fleet Management
  • Maintain records of company-assigned vehicles, including registration, insurance, and maintenance schedules.
  • Coordinate vehicle usage and monitor compliance with company fleet policies.
  • Liaise with drivers, suppliers, or service providers for repairs, inspections, and documentation.
Timekeeping and Billing
  • Monitor and verify employee attendance and timesheets, particularly for outsourced or agency-based personnel.
  • Assist in the preparation and verification of agency billings for payroll processing.
  • Coordinate with timekeeping and payroll teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Event and Activity Support
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating company events, employee engagement activities, and HR-led programs.
  • Provide logistical support, such as booking venues, preparing materials, and arranging supplies.
Benefits Assistance
  • Support the administration of employee benefits, including government-mandated benefits (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth) and HMO or company-sponsored perks.
  • Assist employees with inquiries or documentation related to benefit enrolment, claims, or changes.
Project and General HR Support
  • Provide support in implementing HR initiatives, surveys, or special projects.
  • Coordinate with other departments to gather data, distribute forms, or deliver HR communications.
  • Perform other tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or HR Manager.
