Job Summary

The Breeder Farm Module Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a breeder farm module, ensuring optimal bird health, performance, and productivity. This role involves supervising farm personnel, coordinating activities, maintaining biosecurity standards, and ensuring adherence to operational procedures.

Requirements

Graduate of Agriculture, Animal Science, Biosystems Engineering, or any related course
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Knowledge of poultry production, biosecurity, and farm management practices
Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
Ability to monitor bird health, production performance, and operational processes
Familiarity with farm equipment, feeding, and vaccination procedures
